Nestled within the heart of Chakdah, Dr. Hira Eyecare & Diagnostic Centre was established in 2025 by Dr. Chayan Hira alongside Co-founder Dr. Piyasa Bhattacharya. The centre was built on a simple yet powerful philosophy — "Better Vision for a Better Life."

As an ophthalmologist, Dr. Chayan Hira completed approximately 2,500 microsurgeries (SICS + PHACO) while pursuing his postgraduate degree, including single-handedly performing 22 SICS surgeries. This depth of surgical experience forms the foundation of the clinical excellence at Dr. Hira Eyecare.

Our philosophy is to eliminate blindness by providing compassionate and high-quality eye care to all — regardless of social or economic background.
